Happy 4 Weeks!

The last four weeks have gone by so fast. Maybe it was the holiday. Maybe it was our time off. But I think it's mainly because married life suits us well.  :-) It just feels so soothing to call Matt "my husband."

My first race as Mrs. Faulkner was the Space Coast Half Marathon in Cocoa. It was tougher than last year, because I haven't had much time to train. I was thrilled to complete it and now four more to complete their "Big Bang Series."

We're spending our first milestone watching snowy football games with a nice view of our first tree as husband and wife. We will be at the Chiefs game (vs. the Colts) in two weeks. I'm hoping for a nice, snowy time. It's been a long time since we've had fun in the winter weather. :-)

Speaking about the tree--Missy and Molly have been really well behaved. I haven't seen any climbing. The tree hasn't been knocked over (so far). Molly did decide to take three ornaments for her own. The green bulb was pulverized (it was old anyway, oh well). The snowman got dropped off in the kitchen and the two kittens in stockings were transported to the bedroom. I wonder what we'll find next?
